These are meant to shake up current thinking or expose hidden biases:

What if our core assumption is wrong—what else might be true?

Why do we believe this approach is the only way?

What would a competitor who disagrees with us do instead?

If we started from scratch today, would we make the same decision?

What do we take for granted that others in our industry don’t?

What might someone completely outside our field question about our approach?

Are we solving the right problem—or just the one that’s easiest to see?
